Wahed invest review…

After discussing the three criteria to consider before investing, let me recap these points from the last post. These criteria ensure that our investments are safe and legitimate:

1. **Compliance with AMLA**: The investment should report to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), similar to how Tabung Haji reports to AMLA to prevent illegal transactions.
2. **No Fixed Returns**: If an investment promises a fixed return, it is definitely a scam.
3. **Not on Alert Lists**: The investment should not appear on the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) alert list or the Securities Commission (SC) alert list. These bodies maintain lists of scam investments, and we should verify through these channels.

So Wahed invest is not there.

Wahed Invest is regulated by the Securities Commission (SC) and holds a license to collect funds. In Malaysia, Wahed Invest Technologies is a licensed entity with the SC for fund management related to portfolio management.v
